Terms & Conditions Event Success Checklist * 1. I understand that for any on site cooking, all appliances must be in working order and kitchen is clear of clutter. 2. If I order food for less than the amount of people attending, I may run out and Qs kitchen is not responsible for shortage of product. This is a strong possibility when ordering smaller amounts for large crowds. 3. Food is out and ready 30 to 15 minutes prior to my guest arrival time, if guests are late food may be cold or not as fresh. 4. Servers are responsible only for clearing plates, refilling food, cleaning up serving area, and washing dishes if that has been pre arranged. Servers are not responsible for garbage removal, ice refilling, or house cleaning unless pre arranged. Servers have a four hour time limit on their services. 5. Full payment is due prior to service and set up. 6. If using your platters it is important that they are out and staged for chef to pull from as she is preparing. 7. I am providing flatware, tongs, serving utensils, napkins, plates. 8. Menu, final headcount, fifty percent deposit is due 14 days prior to service, any changes their after will not be reflected in billing. 9. We know it is tough, but keeping kitchen area clear of guests, and pets is important for the safety of everyone in the home until food is set out and presented. Qs kitchen is liscensed and insured through eerie insurance. However we are not responsible for allergic reactions to any products prepared for your event. Food is prepared in a kitchen that uses tree nuts, gluten, shell fish and other allergens. We cannot accomodate for severe allergies. I have read and agree to these terms Thank you!
